Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund minus deposit. - Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure: no refund. - Refunds are not provided for early departure, missed days, or unused services once a trek has begun. ### 3. Health & Fitness - Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for their chosen trek's difficulty level. - A basic medical disclosure may be required before departure for high-altitude treks. - Hidden Himalaya Treks reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest deemed unfit to safely complete a trek. ### 4. Travel Insurance - Comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and high-altitude evacuation is mandatory for all trekking packages. - Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure. ### 5. Itinerary Changes - Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. - We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives in such cases. ### 6. Liability - Hidden Himalaya Treks acts as an agent for various transportation, accommodation, and service providers and is not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, or negligence. - Trekking in mountainous terrain carries inherent risk.
